What changes when converting VTT to LRC?

  • LRC keeps start times only. Where a cue ends before the next one starts, an empty timestamp is added so players clear the line on time.
  • Cues that span two lines are joined into one LRC line.
  • Line text, line order and Korean, Chinese or Japanese characters are kept exactly as they are (UTF-8).
