Minimal permissions for lyric downloads
The extension runs only on Suno pages and uses your existing Suno session to read lyric data. It never asks for your Suno password, and it does not upload songs or lyrics to third-party servers.

If the download buttons do not appear
- Check the page type
- The page needs to be a https://suno.com/song/… song detail page.
- Check your Suno sign-in
- Sign in to Suno first; lyric data that needs a session cannot be read anonymously.
- Wait for the cover
- Buttons appear after the song cover loads. Refreshing the page usually clears a delayed page state.
- Check lyric timing data
- If a song only has plain-text lyrics, or Suno returns no usable timing, the extension does not create inaccurate files.
- Check download restrictions
- If nothing downloads after a click, open Chrome’s download history or review the browser’s download permissions.

What does Suno Lyric Downloader do?
It is a Chrome extension that downloads synchronized lyrics from Suno.com song detail pages and exports them as LRC or SRT files.
Which Suno pages does it support?
It supports https://suno.com/song/… song detail pages. It does not show buttons on the home page, create page, playlist pages or other non-song pages.
Why do some Suno songs not show download buttons?
Buttons appear only when Suno returns usable synchronized lyric timing. If a song has plain-text lyrics only, the extension avoids creating inaccurate timestamp files.
Can Suno download lyrics by itself?
Suno song pages display lyrics but do not offer LRC or SRT export. With this extension installed, open https://suno.com/song/… in desktop Chrome to download synchronized lyrics.
Can I download a timestamped SRT file from Suno?
Yes. When Suno provides usable timing for the song, the SRT button generates a standard timestamped subtitle file for caption tools and video editors.
Can I use the SRT file for YouTube, TikTok or Reels captions?
Yes. The exported SRT uses standard subtitle timing and can be imported into video editors, caption tools and social video workflows that accept SRT files.
Does it download Suno audio, MP3, WAV or video?
No. Suno Lyric Downloader exports lyric and caption files only. It does not download song audio, MP3, WAV, cover images or video.
Can I convert Suno lyrics to SRT without uploading an MP3?
