These terms cover the Suno Lyric Downloader Chrome extension and this website. By installing the extension or using the site, you agree to them.
The service
Suno Lyric Downloader exports synchronized lyrics that Suno already provides on a song page, as LRC or SRT files. LRC and SRT downloads are free. Paid features, if offered, will come with their own terms shown before purchase.
Independence from Suno
This is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Suno, Inc. Suno may change its website at any time, which can stop the extension from working until we release an update.
Your responsibilities
- Use the extension only for songs you can lawfully access in your own Suno account.
- Follow Suno’s terms of service and respect the rights in the lyrics you export.
- Do not use the extension for automated or bulk extraction of Suno content.
License
From version 3.0.0 the extension is proprietary software. You may install and use it for personal and creative work. You may not resell, redistribute or modify it. Version 2.0.9 remains available under its original open-source license.
No warranty
The extension and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
